My name is Joseph (Joey). When I was 2 years old I came to live with Blackberry Donkeys, because I was living with some horses and alpacas and I needed some donkey friends to play with and a permanent home to call my own.  I am 8 years old and my best friend is a miniature Mediterranean donkey called Teddy and I like to play tug of war, football and tig with him and Bandit the donkey. I really love having donkey hugs and giving people donkey kisses when they are least expecting it!  I like being petted and love to visit schools with my donkey pals to take part in educational talks.
